When I saw that\u00a0ColourPop and KathleenLights<\/a>\u00a0were teaming up again for a new collection, I was thrilled!<\/h2>\n

I loved their\u00a0first collaboration<\/a>\u00a0released a few months ago.
\nKathleenLights<\/a>\u00a0is one of my favorite beauty YouTubers. Despite her young age, she has real talent for makeup, she wears really nice color combinations and the final result is actually wearable\u00a0(which is not always the case with the US Youtubers).<\/p>\n

Where The Night Is<\/a>, is the new collaboration designed by\u00a0Kathleen for\u00a0ColourPop.
\nIt was released last\u00a0December, and it’s clearly inspired by the festive season\u00a0with a strong “evening makeup<\/strong>” vibe. The eyeshadow shades are quite dark and intense and the lip colours are very neutral.<\/p>\n

To celebrate this new collab, ColourPop decided to release\u00a0all the KathleenLights products for sale individually<\/strong>, because\u00a0for the first collection,\u00a0you had to buy the eyeshadows quad (= 4 eyeshadows).
\nNow, even the products of the first collab with Kathleen are available for sale individually! Great news! wink<\/span> <\/p>\n

OK, so for those who had seen the eyeshadows’ colors on Instagram<\/a>, I will cut\u00a0the suspense right away: no, I didn’t purchase\u00a0the color Telepathy<\/a>, the super bright golden green. It’s not that I don’t like this color, but quite honestly, I know that I would never use it. And my makeup skills aren’t good enough\u00a0to make it wearable on me\u00a0(but is it really? If you can do something nice with it, please, feel free to share in the comments section, I’d love to see the result! wink<\/span> ).<\/p>\n

ColourPop X KathleenLights Where The Night Is, the shades:<\/h3>\n

Super Shock Shadows:<\/h4>\n

– Weenie<\/a>:\u00a0<\/strong>probably the color I liked the most in the whole collection! This is a real rose gold<\/strong>\u00a0which for once is not too coppery\u00a0but quite pinky. It’s ultra metallic<\/strong> without being glittery, like some\u00a0liquid metal. Super pigmented, it looks really intense on the lid. Stunning!<\/p>\n

– Porter<\/a>:\u00a0<\/strong>a beautiful dark burgundy red with teeny tiny silvery glitter<\/strong>. It looks gorgeous on the entire eyelid for a smokey eye effect or in the outer corner of the eye to intensify a look. And of course, it’s beautiful paired\u00a0with Weenie! wink<\/span> <\/p>\n

Lippie Pencils & Lippie Stix:<\/h3>\n

– Aquarius Lippie Pencil<\/a>:\u00a0<\/strong>it’s\u00a0a beautiful nude beige, slightly pink<\/strong>. This is exactly my kind of nude! I’m not a fan of too beige or orange nude which look like concealers\u00a0on me and make me look sick… I definitely need a pink undertone! wink<\/span>
\nI’m super fan of the ColourPop Lippie Pencils<\/a>, they are a great value for money.<\/p>\n

– Aquarius Lippie Stix<\/a>:\u00a0<\/strong>same\u00a0color as the Aquarius Lippie Pencil, a lovely beige pink nude<\/strong>. The finish\u00a0of this Lippie Stix is creamy.<\/strong>\u00a0I like this finish, it’s very comfortable and well pigmented, with a good coverage, in this color, anyway! wink<\/span> <\/p>\n

– Taurus Lippie Pencil<\/a>:\u00a0<\/strong>OK, this shade was a test! This is a real chocolate brown<\/strong>, but I was not 100% sure that the color would suit me so I just purchase the lip pencil\u00a0to pair\u00a0it with a lighter lipstick for a 90’s lip effect. I tried it out with the\u00a0pencil worn alone and paired\u00a0with Aquarius Lippie Stix and both\u00a0looked nice, really. Not my favorite color, but occasionally, why not? At $5, I didn’t took\u00a0a lot of risks… wink<\/span> <\/p>\n

For those of you who want to know if\u00a0La La by Colourpop<\/a>\u00a0is a dupe for\u00a0Weenie, I did a comparative swatch of the 2 shades:<\/p>\n

I’m not sure you\u00a0really need to have both (except for the crazy makeup\u00a0collectors like me). To\u00a0differentiate them, I would say that La La is a bit more copper and less pink than Weenie. So I have to choose between them, I would go for Weenie, who looks better on me! wink<\/span> <\/p>\n

Lippie Pencils & Lippie Stix:<\/h3>\n

ColourPop X KathleenLights Where The Night Is, a\u00a0makeup\u00a0look:<\/h3>\n

For this very simple makeup look, I applied Weenie<\/strong> on the entire eyelid with Porter<\/strong> in the outer V\u00a0and along the\u00a0lower lash line. I also used Aquarius Lippie Pencil and Lippie Stix<\/strong> on\u00a0my lips.<\/p>\n

I love the colors of this collection, especially for a nice evening makeup. It’s still quite natural, but a little more bright\u00a0than a classic makeup look. It’s typically the makeup style I enjoy doing on me! smile<\/span> <\/p>\n

Great news! Worldwide delivery is finally available for\u00a0ColourPop! (Well, to be precise, it\u00a0will be\u00a0tonight wink<\/span> )
\nThe brand is now delivering\u00a0all over the world, except China and Turkey. I don’t know all the details yet but apparently the delivery fees will depend on the location\u00a0and the weight of each package.
